- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with Unix command-line tools
- Background in statistics and machine learning
- Ph.D. degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Genomics, Medicine Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related quantitative discipline
- Solid knowledge and familiarity with techniques in Genomics
- Familiarity with Next Generation Sequencing
- Familiarity with single-cell methods in Genomics
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in molecular biology, biotechnology, genomics or related field
- Solid knowledge and familiarity with laboratory techniques in molecular biology and genomics
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary team and manage projects and people.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in grant management in PL/EU
- Experience with management and coordination of scientific research, public tenders and equipment procurement especially in public Polish research institutions, etc.
- M. Sc. or Ph.D. degree in molecular biology, biotechnology or biochemistry
- Solid knowledge and familiarity with laboratory techniques in molecular and cell biology e.g., cloning, viral vectors production, PCR, Q-PCR, CRISPR/Cas9 engineering
- Hands-on experience in culturing cell lines and diverse methods of cell modifications (transfection/ transduction)
