Join our interdisciplinary research group working at the intersection of computation, biology, cancer research, and biomedical science. We are currently recruiting 1 postdoctoral researcher and 4 Ph.D. students for well-funded, collaborative projects.

Postdoc:

Position 1: We are seeking a highly motivated postdoc with a strong background in machine learning and deep learning. Focus: Deep learning & multimodal single-cell data analysis. Key responsibilities: Developing deep learning methods to predict pathway activities from multimodal single-cell datasets. Designing and executing data analysis strategies for high-throughput experiments. The position is a 4-year appointment within the NCN OPUS 28 project.

Ph.D. students:

Position 2: A joint Ph.D. position with Dr. Karen Dixon and Prof. Bożena Kamińska-Kaczmarek, offered within the Warsaw-4-PhD School, funded by Weave-Unisono grantWe are looking for a candidate with a background in machine learning and an interest in spatial transcriptomics. 3-year position with possibility of extension.

Position 3: Funded by the FNP MAB2 grant. This is 4-year position (Warsaw-4-PhD or external mode).  We are seeking a candidate with expertise in molecular dynamics simulations and/or deep learning methods for protein structure predictions.

Position 4: Funded by the NCN OPUS 28 grant (4-year position within Warsaw-4-PhD). We are looking for a candidate with a microbiology background.

Position 5: Funded by the NCN OPUS 28 grant (4-year position within Warsaw-4-PhD). We are looking for person with math, computer science background interested in single-cell multimodal data analysis.
